If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
If the item/s you have brought from us are faulty, then you may return the goods within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
*Any wear and tear is excluded from returns.
*Returns without a receipt are done at our discretion.
We don’t offer cash/card refunds.
But are more than happy to offer an exchange of wool or garment should you change your mind within 14 days of purchase.
We don’t offer credit back. If the item you swop is a lower price. You may in this instance choose some other items to make it up to that amount.
If the final amount goes over what you originally paid then you will need to pay the difference.
To be eligible for a swop, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you bought it.
Your item must be in the original packaging, with all the original labels attached.
*Swopping without a receipt is done at our discretion.
*Sale items are excluded from both returns and swops.
N.B: if you have started knitting no swop or refund is possible. So please check all batch codes before starting work.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for swopping your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot accept any responsibility for returns lost in the post. If we find the item to be faulty after inspection. We will then refund your return postage.
